As any good democratic nation, the Arstotzkan Union has many laws of which are becoming easier to access thanks to the hard work of the Arstotzkan Federal Government.

All laws on this page are current legislation and are all laws that can be enforced by the Arstotzkan Federal Government.

Constitution of the Arstotzkan Union

The Constitution of the Independent Federal Republic of the Arstotzkan Union is the supreme legal document that governs the rights, powers, and duties of the people, government, and institutions within the Arstotzkan Union. Drafted between 22 November 2019 and 25 November 2022, it was ratified on 25 November 2022, and came into effect three years prior. The constitution establishes the Arstotzkan Union as a completely sovereign and independent state, encompassing all claimed lands and territories under its united republic.

Executive and Supreme Powers Act 2022

The Executive and Supreme Powers Act 2022 is an Act of Assembly that outlines the extra powers and abilities of the executives of the Arstotzkan Federal Government, namely the FirstSecond and Vice Presidents. It continues the powers that were established in Section 3 of the Constitution.

Land and Territories Act 2023

The Land and Territories Act 2023 is an Act of Assembly which better outlines the functions of the territories of the Arstotzkan Union reforming them into four different states. It began the 2023 State and Territorial Reforms, which were the biggest set of reforms of the Arstotzkan Union since the Federalisation of the Arstotzkan Union.

Government Procedures Act 2023

The Government Procedures Act 2023 is an Act of Assembly passed on 21 June 2023 that properly outlines the functions of the Arstotzkan Federal Government in one document. The Government Procedures Act along with the Armed Forces Act are the two new acts of assembly which replace the two federal statutes, the Arstotzkan Statute on Government Systems and Arstotzkan Statute on Military Systems.

Armed Forces Act 2023

The Armed Forces Act 2023 is a significant legislative document enacted in the Arstotzkan Union. This act establishes a dedicated armed force with the primary objective of defending and securing the nation. It was created in accordance with the constitutional provisions outlined in the Constitution of the Arstotzkan Union.

Anniversaries and National Holidays Act 2020

The Anniversaries and National Holidays Act 2020 is an Act of Assembly passed by the National Assembly of the Arstotzkan Union on 5 October 2020 which creates official federal holidays for the Arstotzkan Union, like Commemoration Day (22 August), Soviet Day (30 December) and Russia Day (26 December).

Crimes Act 2022

The Crimes Act 2022 is an Act of Assembly that forms all basis of criminal law in the Arstotzkan Union. It codifies criminal actions in Arstotzkan Common Law. The Crimes Act incorporates and includes several parts of abolished legislation including the Treason Act 2019, State Act 2019, Border Protection Act 2019 and the Military Act 2020.

Grayson Administrative Region and Autonomous Region Establishment Act 2023

The Grayson Administrative Region and Autonomous Region Establishment Act 2023 is an Act of Assembly that was created to establish the Grayson Administrative Region in the Eastern Arstotzkan State. The Act is a landmark bill and is the first of its kind to enact and establish a region and territory with such powers.

Montevideo Convention Adoption Act 2023

The Montevideo Convention Adoption Act 2023 is an Act of Assembly that declares that the Arstotzkan Union adopts the principles of the Montevideo Convention on the Rights and Duties of States. It is the newest act of Assembly that has become part of the Constitutional Framework of the Arstotzkan Union and extends the powers of Section 1 of the Constitution of the Arstotzkan Union as well as any other laws the Arstotzkan Union has that grants it it's independence, e.g. the Declaration of Independence, Sovereignty and Freedom.

Official Languages Act 2023

The Official Languages Act 2023 also known as Executive Presidential Order 0012 is the Act of Assembly that codifies the four basic languages in the Arstotzkan Union. By size it is one of the smaller acts of assembly in the Arstotzkan Union only having one Article.

Police Force and Public Order Act 2022

The Police Force and Public Order Act 2022 is an Act of Assembly that creates and grants policing powers to the Arstotzkan Federal Police Service. Previously the duty of public order policing was the Arstotzkan Federal Guard, now Arstotzkan Presidential Guard.

Preventative Measures Act 2022

The Preventative Measures Act 2022 is one of the newest Act ratified by the Federal Assembly. The duty of the Act is to condemn the actions of the Russian Federation following the invasion in 2022. The Act passed with a unanimous majority in the Federal Assembly and the Executive Committee with the First President proclaiming it as a "...necessary step in our nations national security."

State Owned Enterprises Act 2022

The State Owned Enterprises Act 2022 is the newest article of legislation in the Executive Committee. The Act introduces and creates the Department of the State, which is a conglomeration of the Ministry of Tourism, Ministry of Finance, Ministry of Horticulture and Department of Agriculture.
