UPDATE: FIRST EVER CRIMINAL SENTENCE DELIVERED TODAY

SEVEROAMERIKANSKIY TERRITORY: This Morning, the Interim Minister of Justice, Chief Justice of the Federal Court of Appeals and First President completed sentencing of former Arstotzkan Army Sergeant, Julio Dietrich and lesder of the National Right Alliance Party.

Chief Justice, Edwardo Bailey, announced at 1pm this afternoon, "It is the belief of my Comrades and I in the Federal Court of Appeals of our republic that the defendant present, former Comrade, Julio Dietrich, will be given a life sentence for the breach of Articles 73 of the Crimes Act 2022 along with 98A, 102 totaling a life sentence with 280 years parole."

Dietrich is to also have a permanent internet ban and will be banned from entering into the New Zealand based Territories and states.

The First President was able to talk with the former Army Sergeant where he asked him "why did you believe that you would have the privilege to defile our republic and the nation that I have fought so hard to build by going to our allies, allies that I fought so hard to build alliances with. What gave you the idea to become the first person to face our brilliant Justice system. In God's name why"

Dietrich made no comment. Julio is the first person in Arstotzkan history to face Justice for a crime committed in the Arstotzkan Union, prior to this, no other person who committed such an offense in the Arstotzkan Union had faced such a trial which took over a month to complete.

In other news, the Arstotzkan Union had its second anniversary of Freedom Day, a day which acknowledged the end of the Arstotzkan - Confederate War, one of the longest conflicts in Arstotzkan history. Fighting finished on February 9th when the Treaty of Judea was signed in Judea, Bethlehem, Arstotzkan Union Proper. The Treaty came into force on the 10th and it is why it is celebrated.
