First President establishes Civil Defense.

GOLLANDIYA CAPITOL TERRITORY - Minutes ago, First President Kmdt. Ethan Brinkman signed Executive Presidential Order 0011 which has created the 14th Civil Defense and Disaster Response Battalion.

This is not the first time the Peoples Armed Force's has had a Civil Defense branch. In September 2021, the First President passed the Federal Disaster Response Order (Executive Order 0002) which established the Joint Disaster Response Task Force which combined the four branches and gave each a individual Battalion to aid in natural disasters occurring in the Arstotzkan Union.

This consisted of:

Arstotzkan Army Corps:

7th Regiment, 14th Division: Army Disaster Response Unit

Arstotzkan Air Force:

3rd Regiment, 1st Division: Aerial Disaster Response Wing

Arstotzkan Navy:

Naval Defense Fleet: 3rd Naval Disaster Response Battalion

Arstotzkan Marine Corps:

2nd Regiment: 5th Disaster Response Platoon

2nd Regiment: 6th National Re-construction Platoon

The Joint Disaster Response Task Force was disbanded with the establishment of the EXECUTIVE PRESIDENTIAL ORDER ON REFORMING THE COMMAND AND STRUCTURE OF THE ARSTOTZKAN UNION DEFENSE FORCES (OCTOBER 2021).
