BREAKING NEWS: FIRST PRESIDENT DECLARES NATIONWIDE STATE OF EMERGENCY

GOLLANDIYA CAPITOL TERRITORY- Breaking News, in a Arstotzkan Union first, the First President has announced a nationwide State of Emergency will be in place until 11:59pm Wednesday night.

"Ladies and Gentlemen of the Arstotzkan Union, it is the first time that I have activated my power as First President and it is at this I am declaring a national state of emergency.

The major Cyclone Gabrielle is posing a major threat to life in all territories across our republic."

Minutes ago the Bay of Plenty Civil Defense announced a State of Emergency for the region, along with other regions in New Zealand that hold Arstotzkan Territories and states.

The First President has never activated the power to declare a state of emergency in the Arstotzkan Union's history.

This action means that the Arstotzkan Union Reserve Force and other civil defense groups in the People’s Armed Forces will be on standby to assist with those who need it.

The First President has also release images from the Gollandiya Capitol Territory of the Cyclone in action.
