TE WHAKAPAIPAI - BREAKING: In a turn of events, King Benerix of the Empire of the Benereich is to be formally prosecuted for committing a series of major crimes earlier this month.
For some background, on 1 June 2023, Wesley von Dookington, Field Marshal of the Armed Forces of the Empire of the Benereich, revoked his Benereich citizenship and becoming a citizen of the Arstotzkan Union. He was swiftly promoted to Vice President as a offer to join the Arstotzkan Union ending Zion Ormsby's 2 year term as the 7th Vice President of the Arstotzkan Union.
Days later, the Benereichian Senate released an arrest warrant for von Dookington, however because he is an Arstotzkan citizen the warrant was labeled as void.
Two days later a photo was delivered to the Cheif Ambassador of International Affairs, Gen. Samantha Johnson, with Wesley von Dookington with a gun to his head. This was labeled the last straw by the Office of the Presidency and this afternoon a subpoena was delivered to King Benerix.
The trial is expected to take place on 25 June 2023 in the Supreme Federal Court with Ethan Brinkman being the Judge presiding over the case.
The trial is considered to be a very high level case and the King is facing one court of threating to kill, one count of kidnapping and one court of breaching the Constitution.
MORE INFORMATION IS EXPECTED TO COME .
