"Arstotzkan- New Zealand Relations forever better" - First President.

GOLLANDIYA - In a very intense speech to the AUNNN this evening the First President emphasized the re-building of Arstotzkan- New Zealand relations.
Originally relations were good from 2019 - 2020, however in late-July 2021 the First President announced the end of all relations however he back tracked on this with the passing of Executive Presidential Alert 0002 restarting relations with the nation.
Tonight following a second Intercontinental Ballistic Missile (ICBM) test by the Korean Rouge State (North Korea), the Arstotzkan Union's First President has enforced that the Arstotzkan Union will defend New Zealand and the South Pacific in the event of a global conflict.
First President Brinkman also stated that the KRS (Korean Rouge State) was "a threat to global democracy and global peace". He also announced the creation of the Domestic Protection Bill.
This new piece of legislation will ensure the protection of many things, which is listed in its long title:
An Act to further and solidify the domestic protection of the Independent Federal Republic of the Arstotzkan Union and New Zealand through domestic military and civil protections. To also establish, protection of New Zealand civilians within Arstotzkan sovereign territory, New Zealand representation in the Arstotzkan Federal Government and stronger international partnerships with New Zealand
This has included the formation of the House of Representatives Presidential Congressional Committee on New Zealand Relations which has passed First President Brinkman's Domestic Protection Bill and petition for creation of the Department of New Zealand Affairs (DNZA), separate from the New Zealand Affairs Bureau (NZAB) of the Department of International Affairs and Relations.
First President Brinkmans speech also stated the "war is beginning and we need to be on the right side for the preservation of global society."
